Candidates can either come direct from industry (where they may have been involved in the selection, implementation or use of such systems and methodologies) or from competitive solution providers, but perhaps wanting a move to a more 'progressive' company or change of job emphasis and direction. Because of the shortage of available skills in some areas of product-delivery (e.g. SAP, BAAN, ORACLE), cross-training will often be offered to interested candidates with relevant experience and aptitude. We are NOT looking for technical IT skills per se but for people who understand its application in manufacturing industry and the wider supply chain.
